The Haircut
Rich hasn't had his hair cut short enough that he couldn't put it into a ponytail since I've known him--which has been for the last 4 years. He broke it to me a month or two ago that he had been thinking a lot about cutting his hair, and he felt like he was ready to do it.
I made him an appointment at Toni and Guy where I usually get my haircut, and he went through with it as planned--no second thoughts!!
